Mondo focuses on education\/health, subsistence, environmental and digital competence programmes in partner countries, and global education in Estonia.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Mondo is seeking a part-time<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>CAPACITY BUILDING MANAGER<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Job location: Ukraine, preferably Kyiv<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Job description: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Capacity Building Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the capacity building initiatives for Mondo and its project partners. This will include developing and implementing training programs, providing support and guidance to staff, and managing capacity building budgets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Tasks:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">coordination of collaboration of all project partners<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">organisation of capacity building trainings<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mapping the needs and gaps in organisational development of smaller project partners<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">recruitment and coordination of Ukrainian trainer consultants<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">collecting relevant feedback and planning long-term capacity building activities for all project partners<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience\/Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a relevant field;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">min 3 years experience in capacity building activities;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">min 3 years of experience in humanitarian aid or development cooperation programs;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">demonstrated experience of successfully conducting trainings, both as a trainer and an organiser;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">positive attitude to work and great communication skills, openness to work with multiple stakeholders;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Willingness to collaborate with less established organisations and support their development;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribute to donor reporting and, in particular, contribute to improved quality reporting by less experienced organisations;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">proactivity, punctuality and quick problem solving, ability to work independently, excellent time management skills;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">good verbal and written communication skills in English;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">excellent Ukrainian language skills;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fluency in English and Russian languages would be a strong advantage<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Willingness and capability to travel due to work<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>We offer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 28 paid vacation days, additional 3 paid health days off, 1 paid day for your individual development.
