{"id":42671,"date":"2024-05-20T17:23:26","date_gmt":"2024-05-20T14:23:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mondo.org.ee\/?p=42671"},"modified":"2024-05-20T17:25:16","modified_gmt":"2024-05-20T14:25:16","slug":"mondo-is-seeking-a-project-coordinator-in-ukraine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mondo.org.ee\/en\/mondo-is-seeking-a-project-coordinator-in-ukraine\/","title":{"rendered":"Mondo is seeking a project coordinator in Ukraine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Job description: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The part time\/full-time project coordinator is responsible for supporting the project implementation locally in Ukraine by mostly facilitating the exchange between the Tallinn office and the beneficiaries as well as organising local activities and events. <a href=\"https:\/\/mondo.org.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/tookuulutused-1.pdf\">See the ad here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Job location: <\/b>Ukraine, Kyiv<\/p>\n<p><b>Tasks:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supporting project manager and project team;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organising open calls for recruiting beneficiaries to participate in the project;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facilitating the organisation of various training sessions in Ukraine through working together with the respective service providers;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accompanying the participants during their visits to Estonia, if necessary;\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assisting in the document management and facilitating the translation of documents;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Together with the project managers, facilitate monitoring and evaluation of the projects activities;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Providing input to the communication expert about project activities.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience\/Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a relevant field;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">min 2 years experience of project management or coordination;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">preferably experience in humanitarian aid or development cooperation programs;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience\/interest in education sector;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">positive attitude to work and great communication skills, openness to work with multiple stakeholders;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">proactivity, punctuality and quick problem solving, ability to work independently, excellent time management skills;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">good verbal and written communication skills in English;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">excellent Ukrainian language skills;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Willingness and capability to travel due to work<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>We offer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 28 vacation days, additional 3 health days, 2 days for your individual development.
