In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues in Estonia and Ukraine to raise awareness about Mondo\u2019s activities and impact in Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Job location:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ukraine, Kyiv<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Tasks:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">plan and execute communication activities to promote Mondo\u2019s initiatives in Ukraine;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">write and edit content for newsletters, press releases, and Mondo\u2019s website on topics such as mental health, education, and environmental issues;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">manage social media content, including creating schedules, writing engaging copy, designing visuals in Canva, and monitoring performance metrics;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media outlets to ensure our work reaches a wider audience.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience\/Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a relevant field;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">min 2 years experience of communication;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">preferably experience in humanitarian aid or development cooperation programs;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">experience\/interest in education sector;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">positive attitude to work and great communication skills, openness to work with multiple stakeholders;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">proactivity, punctuality and quick problem solving, ability to work independently, excellent time management skills;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">good verbal and written communication skills in English;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">excellent Ukrainian language skills;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">willingness and capability to travel due to work.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>We offer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 28 vacation days, additional 3 health days, 2 days for your individual development.
