1. General Provisions

NGO Mondo is committed to protecting your privacy; this policy defines the rules of how we collect and process your personal information.

The web site of NGO Mondo (www.mondo.org.ee) might contain links to third party web pages or services. Those web pages and services may have different privacy policies. NGO Mondo is not responsible for the privacy policies and data processing of third parties, and advises to read the privacy policy of each third party.

2. Purpose of Data Collection and Use
NGO Mondo collects and processes your personal data in accordance with measures stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Act.

Processing of personal data is primarily based on client relationship between you and NGO Mondo or consent given by you to process the data you have provided. By signing up for the service or providing your data, you consent to processing of your personal data by NGO Mondo for the purposes and to the extent set out in this Privacy Policy.

The personal data stored in NGO Mondo’s User Register may be used to provide services, to deliver ordered products, or to send information regarding tax concessions to the Tax and Customs Board of the Republic of Estonia. Additionally, NGO Mondo uses your data to provide you with content you are interested in.

The service provider processes data only to the extent needed to provide the service.

NGO Mondo does not communicate the Users’ personal data to third parties without a User’s consent or an obligation based on law.

By selecting transportation services you agree that the data needed for providing the service will be forwarded to the service provider (Omniva, Eesti Post or SmartPost).

3. Categories and Sources of Personal Data

Personal data means any information on a private individual and any information on his/her personal characteristics or personal circumstances.

NGO Mondo processes your: first name, and last name, telephone number, email address, personal identification code, and postal address only for the aforementioned reasons, and stores them for accounting reasons for a minimum of 7 years.

You have the right to examine your personal data at any given time and ask for the data to be amended, closed or deleted, unless otherwise stated by legislation.

The website of NGO Mondo also collects your electronic identification (e.g. IP addresses, cookies); correspondence between the service provider and the User; for personalizing content and ads; for providing social media functions and analyzing traffic. Service provider may collect data about using of the user interface elements and service-related activities, for analyzing the use of the Service.

NGO Mondo has carried out the technical and organizational measures necessary for securing personal data against unauthorized access, against accidental or unlawful destruction, manipulation, disclosure and transfer and against other unlawful processing.
