The terms of use for the online Shop of Mondo are available here, and basic info on delivery and delivery conditions are available below. Should you wish to come and check out our product selection, then come to Mondo Global Education Centre in Telliskivi Creative City Mondays to Fridays at 10-17. Before coming, call (+372) 677 5445 or e-mail shop@mondo.org.ee, just in case.

Delivery

Delivery is free in Estonia when the price of the ordered products exceeds €100. In Latvia, Lithuania and Finland if exceeds €200.

There are 3 options for delivery of the products:

  1. I will come and pick up my order at NGO Mondo Global Education Centre in Telliskivi Creative City.
    The office is open Mon-Thu at 10-17. Call in advance (+372) 677 5445.
    This delivery option is free of cost.
  1. I will order my products to be delivered at Omniva or Itella SmartPOST parcel terminals.
    Prices from €2.
  2. I will order my products to a post office of Omniva.
    Prices from €2,83.

Your order shall be shipped during three business days. You can pick up your order at the office of NGO Mondo after three business days. Contact us in case you need to have your order filled earlier. Charity gifts shall be delivered via email immediately after checkout.

Terms of Delivery

Upon conclusion of the contract the ordered products shall be delivered to the address selected by the customer in accordance to the terms of placing orders. In case NGO Mondo is not able to deliver the products during the time stated in the terms of delivery for reasons not depending on Mondo (product is temporarily out of stock, is late due to complications with vendor), Mondo shall inform the customer via email or telephone call and announce new time of delivery during 3 business days from the conclusion of the contract. In case the customer is no longer interested in the product, he/she has the right to cancel the order, and NGO Mondo shall refund the sum paid for the product(s) and delivery to the Customer’s account. The order shall be shipped to the address stated by the customer during order placement. Changing the shipping address after the conclusion of the order is not possible. Upon receiving the order, ensure immediately that the product is not faulty. Should faults occur, document them immediately and inform NGO Mondo via email at shop@mondo.org.ee. Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, small variations in pattern, color, or size od the product shall not be considered faults.

About Mondo Charity Gifts

Donations received through charity gifts are channeled to countries of destination according to need. Charity gifts made in Estonia may not always coincide with the needs of the communities, and when such a case appears, we first and foremost consider the wishes and needs of the locals when allocating donations. This means, that a gift given in the form of a goat may not always manifest itself in a goat in the Kongo Village, but it can transform into a sewing machine in Shianda. You, however, can always be certain that your donation goes where it is most needed.
