Job Title: Project Assistant Intern/Volunteer – Join the Quest for Global Equality!

Location: Estonia (Remote)

Duration: Up to 6 Months – A Journey of Learning and Impact

About the Position:

The EU Volunteers team at Mondo is seeking an intern/volunteer with a passion for humanitarian aid and a thirst for knowledge in international development. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field and leave the program with a wealth of new skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor group emails and assign tasks to the right individuals
• Build and maintain an organized database of volunteer documents and applications
• Ensure volunteer checklists and other information materials are always up-to-date
• Craft compelling social media posts that bring attention to the project’s mission and impact
• Support the team in training and preparing volunteers for deployment
• Take on additional support tasks as needed and help drive Mondo’s mission forward

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills are a must for this role
• A creative mindset, full of fresh ideas and approaches
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Availability to work 24-40 hours per week (with flexible hours and remote work options available)
• Must be fluent in English
