Mondo’s new board member: Meelike Terasmaa

This autumn, Meelike Terasmaa joined Mondo’s board. The Mondo board remains composed of two members, with Meelike leading the organisation’s operations and development and Triinu Ossinovski continuing as the Director of Programmes and Strategy.

Meelike has been at Mondo in the roles of intern, project manager, Africa team lead, as well as HR and development manager, so no aspect of Mondo’s work is foreign to her. As a board member, she will continue to focus on the development of people and other resources, now with greater responsibility. Meelike joining the board will certainly bring additional strength and new ideas that will help Mondo stay on course even in challenging times and maintain strong quality in its work.

Maria Sakarias, who served on the board for the past three years, has moved on to work at the Ministry of Education and Research and will continue her work in the field of education. Mondo’s Maailmakool is led by Meelis Niine.
