1. If we have received a sub-grant from another DEAR 2018 round (not main recipients but sub-grants), can we also apply for this sub-granting?
Yes. Potential subgrantees from IAE project are eligible even if they are beneficiaries of a subgrant from another DEAR project under the same call (DEAR 2018) as long as you meet the other requirements stipulated in the guidelines.
