Project donor: European Commission, Erasmus+

Mondo supports the development of young people’s democratic engagement and digital competences in Armenia and Moldova in order to increase their active participation in society. Within the European Commission–funded project “Stronger Together,” young people in Armenia and Moldova gain knowledge and skills related to sustainable development, diversity, democratic society, and digital opportunities.
In Armenia and Moldova, young people face significant social and economic challenges – high unemployment, low incomes, and emigration limit their opportunities. Within this project the youth will gain new skills to better support them in entering the labour market and participating in society.
As a result, youth organisations will be better equipped to reduce poverty, unemployment, and social exclusion. A human-centred, inclusive, and sustainable approach lays the foundation for lasting change and reinforces ties between the European Union and the Eastern Partnership countries.
The project “Stronger Together: Empowering Youth Organisations for Lasting Impact” is implemented by partners from France, Estonia, Armenia, and Moldova. They will jointly develop training materials and handbooks that remain freely available to youth organisations across the region.
