Complaints

Mondo is committed to carrying out its activities transparently and responsibly. If you suspect or have witnessed misconduct by our staff, you can submit a complaint via the form below.

Mondo will review complaints about serious misconduct by Mondo’s staff or staff of partner organizations carrying out projects with Mondo’s support (violation of Mondo’s Code of Conduct, Principles of Child Protection and Equal Treatment and Policy on Protection from Sexual Harassment, Exploitation and Abuse).

All complaints are dealt with confidentiality, only people directly associated with the incident will be involved. We encourage you to provide contact details as it might be impossible to investigate anonymous complaints. However, you can submit your complaint anonymously.

    You can also send an email describing your complaint to Mondo’s Complaint and Referral Officer in English: complaints@mondo.org.ee, in Ukrainian: complaints.ua@mondo.org.ee.

    Mondo will send you a confirmation of the receipt of your complaint within five working days. To process the complaint, we will contact you for more information if needed.
