The goal of the project is to raise awareness among Estonian children and young people on the topics of global justice, climate justice and global interdependence, thereby increasing young people’s sense of personal responsibility and conscious behavior as global citizens. To achieve this, Mondo continues to develop and offer global education trainings and innovative learning materials to schools, kindergartens, youth centers and other educational institutions across Estonia.

As innovative educational materials, we are developing an escape game on the theme of global inequality in cooperation with the youth organization Shokkin Group, and a role-playing format in cooperation with the Peipsi Cooperation Center. We present the completed methodologies to educational workers in the framework of trainings and summer schools, and we encourage schools, youth centers and other educational institutions to organize Global Days or Weeks focusing on the topics of global inequality in cooperation with each other. In spring, we will organize a traditional global education seminar to exchange experiences and good practices related to the field of global education, and to present new teaching materials by various organizations taking action with the global education space.
