Mondo’s Baobab Oil is made in the Northern Ghana savannah region from the seeds of the native baobab tree, using cold press method. Baobab trees grow in the wild and you can find trees in Kongo village that are estimated to be more than 1000 years old. Fruits are harvested without damaging the trees. The pulp of the fruit, rich in vitamin C, is eaten and the seeds collected for oil production.
